PURPOSE: A laminate having the superhydrophobic surface, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simply and economically obtain the superhydrophobic surface by acidifying, metal depositing, and hydrophobic material coating processes of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A laminate having the superhydrophobic surface comprises the following: a substrate with the rough surface; a metal deposition layer formed on the rough surface of the substrate; and a hydrophobic coating layer formed on the upper side of the metal deposition layer. A manufacturing method of the laminate comprises the following steps: acid-processing the substrate to obtain the rough surface; depositing metals on the rough surface of the substrate; and coating a hydrophobic material on the metal deposition layer.
