The device has a terminal comprising a digital fingerprinting mechanism and a bar code reader for reading a bar code on a Moroccan digital identity card and a telephone subscriber identity module (SIM) card, to complete identification forms for subscribing to telecommunication operator or mobile services. The identification forms are signed by digital fingerprint. The digital fingerprint is digitally attached to the identification forms and identity of mobile subscribers during subscription to the services.
