BACK CONTACT SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A back electrode type solar cell and a fabricating method thereof are provided to minimize resistance loss by maximizing a contact area of a bus bar electrode and a finger line electrode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of N-type finger line doped layers(421) and a plurality of P-type finger line doped layers(422) are alternatively arranged in a back side of a substrate(410). A dielectric layer(430) is formed on the back side of the substrate. A dielectric layer includes a first opening portion and a second opening portion. An N-type finger line electrode(441) is formed in the first opening portion. A p-type finger line electrode(442) is formed in the second opening portion.
