A digital broadcast service method, a digital broadcast terminal using the same, and a digital broadcast center are provided to allow a user to preview particular audio contents and select whether to purchase them by providing the audio contents through an audio interworking data service. A tuner unit(120) extracts a broadcast signal from a digital broadcast center. When an audio interworking data channel is received through an audio frame, a channel decoding unit(122) extracts an article code from a fixed field frame of the audio interworking data. When multimedia transmission data is received, the channel coding unit(122) extracts an article code from a multimedia transmission header of the multimedia transmission data. An audio decoding unit(124) decodes an audio stream and outputs it. A mobile communication module(140) requests an electronic payment from a mobile communication provider server and receives corresponding results. When the article code is extracted from the fixed field frame, the controller(110) stores the article code in order to purchase an audio object corresponding to the audio frame. When the extracted article code is identical to a previously stored article code, the controller(110) extracts the audio object and stores it under the condition that an electronic payment with respect to the audio object shall be completed through the mobile communication module(140). |
