The invention relates to isolated polynucleotides of double-stranded RNA molecules for expression inhibition of one or more target genes in coleopterous parasite, resulting in inhibition of one or more biological functions of the mentioned coleopterous parasite. The invention also relates to transgenic plants and theirs seeds, containing the mentioned double-stranded RNA molecules providing coleopterous parasites resistance. The invention also relates to the method for production of transgenic plants expressing the mentioned double-stranded RNA molecules for theirs application in plant protection against parasitic attack.
