A vibration machine tool for finishing-and-skinning parts comprises a tank rigidly mounted on a frame and filled with working fluid, in which a multiple vibration system with the parts is elastically located and connected to a vibration exciter, which is characterized in that the tank has "U"-shaped cross section and is equipped with hydrodynamic devices installed in the bottom radial part of the tank bottom along the series of groups of parts located on the locating buttons of the multiple vibration system and supplemented with cone-shaped fairings with a surface area comparable with the surface area of part in contact with the fairing, the lining of inner surface of the tank shell in the cross section is made in the form of diametrically opposite connected semi-circles with a radius r = 0,1 R, where R - radius of the tank bottom, in the upper part of the tank a funnel is located to drain the excess of liquid waste, which is connected to a settler, hydrodynamic devices, and the funnel are equipped with flexible pipes and a throttle, the mounted buttons of the multiple vibration system together with the parts, distance rings and the fairing are connected to each other and to the vibration exciter by a wedge into a single unit of vibration system. |
