An Internet-broadcasting method includes installation of Internet-site at the public server comprising special software, a search module, search result library, the area of video translation and the area of text information. At the public server there is a forming environment and translation editing by means of installation of Internet-site having special software. Further at least two synchronized informative flows as AV-content and html-content are formed. The environment of on-line-communication is formed on the “each-to-each” principle. The AV-content and html-content display in mode of real time are synchronized, the translation library is formed. |
