PURPOSE: A diamond-shaped multi-directional fixed tracking type solar cell system and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a high generation efficiency of over 40% by receiving sunlight around a flange. CONSTITUTION: A circular solar module(10) receives sunlight in all directions. A lamp(20) is turned on at night after receiving stored power. The solar module is installed on the upper side of a streetlight pole(30). An inspection unit(31) checks generation status and abnormalities. An angle frame is combined with the lower side of the circular solar module and a body.
