PURPOSE: Liquid opuntia humifusa drink containing a herbal extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the improved health functionality of purified water containing medical herbs. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of liquid opuntia humifusa drink comprises the following steps: washing stems or fruits of opuntia humifusa, and inserting the stems or fruits of the opuntia humifusa into an extractor; adding purified water into the extractor, and hot-air extracting the mixture at 90-100 deg C for 10-13 hours to obtain an opuntia humifusa extract; mixing the opuntia humifusa extract with sitologically acceptable additives; and packaging the obtained liquid drink with a packing container, and sterilizing the container at 90-100 deg C for 30-50 minutes.
