PURPOSE: An improved roller used for a hanger type conveyor for a car assembly is provided to improve the durability through protecting electrodeposition fluid or the water during an electrodeposition process or a cleaning process. CONSTITUTION: An improved roller(100) used for a hanger type conveyor for a car assembly comprises a outer ring(10), a bush(20), a first inner ring(30), a second and third inner rings(40,50), and a fixing shaft(60). The outer ring comprises a race for sliding a ball. The bush is installed in the outer wheel and keeps the inner rings and a bearing ball. A first round groove is formed in the both sides of the first inner ring for a bearing ball. The second and third rings are installed forward the first inner ring in the exterior of a bush. The fixing shaft is inserted through a through hole formed in the bush.
