PURPOSE: An ignition preventing method of a temperature chamber using a nitrogen purge device and an ignition preventing system using the same are provided to prevent an ignition inside a temperature chamber because a concentration of oxygen is maintained at 3 to 5 % by using a nitrogen purge device. CONSTITUTION: An ignition preventing system of a temperature chamber(1) comprises an air suction device, a control unit(10), and a nitrogen purge device. The air suction device is connected to inside of the temperature chamber and detects a concentration of oxygen and hydrocarbon of inhaled air. In case that the concentration of the hydrocarbon is over a set level, the control unit shuts off power and controls an opening/closing of the nitrogen purge device according to the concentration of the oxygen. The nitrogen purge device controls a supply of nitrogen gas to inside of the temperature chamber according to signals of the control unit.
