PURPOSE: A foldable massaging mat capable of freely changing the shape is provided to enable users to receive massage in various postures by folding the mat, and to easily install and carry the mat. CONSTITUTION: A foldable massaging mat includes a head rest(12), a back supporter(14), a hip supporter(16), a leg supporter(18), a hinge shaft, and a hinge unit. The head rest is formed in a rectangular shape for supporting the head of a user. The hip supporter is for supporting the buttocks and the hip of the user. The leg supporter is for supporting the thigh of the user. The hinge shaft and the hinge unit are connected in between the outer end of a frame and one outer end of a back supporter frame, the other outer end of the back supporter frame and one end of a hip supporter frame, and the other outer end of the hip supporter frame and the outer end of a leg supporter frame.
