A method for diagnosing comorbid ischemic heart disease in the patients with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease comprises laboratory tests, instrumental and general clinical examinations. The laboratory tests comprise immunofluorescent assay with blood sample. The instrumental examinations comprise electrocardiography, spirography and coronarography. Then electrocardiographic signs of coronary insufficiency and occlusion of the blood vessels may be defined and the comorbid ischemic heart disease may be diagnosed. |
