PURPOSE: A nozzle of a hot runner in which hotwire is embedded and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase reliability of extrusion and thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of A nozzle of a hot runner in which hotwire comprises the following steps: mixing non-oxidation aluminum-nitride, silicon carbide, and oxide system alumina with a constant rate and pulverizing thereof; processing ceramics by molding aluminum-nitride, silicon carbide, and alumina; plasticizing the molded ceramics; manufacturing a nozzle(200) including a heating coil(210) by using ceramics; checking and evaluating the nozzle.
