PURPOSE: A non-battery uninterruptible power supply for data backup is provided to simultaneously protect a plurality of devices which receive power through a multi tap. CONSTITUTION: An EMI filter(110) blocks noises from power. A control and signal processor(140) controls an operation of a charging unit(130). The charging unit includes a DC/AC converter(133), a DC/DC boosting converter(134), a DC/DC reducing converter(135), and a supercapacitor(136). A power supply unit(150) receives power from the charging unit and supplies power to the control and signal processor. An AC waveform detector(160) is formed between an EMI filter unit and a line switching unit and detects a current state of power.
