A microorganism detection apparatus for measuring an ATP(adenosine tri phosphate) of microorganism is provided to improve accuracy, relief of measurement by removing a residual ATP and detecting ATP of only microorganism in a sample and shorten the measuring time without pretreatment. A microorganism detection apparatus which detects an ATP of only microorganism in a sample comprises: a sample injection port(113) in which the sample containing the microorganism is put; an ATPase injection port(115) in which an ATPase is put; a lysis solution injection port(150) in which a lysis buffer solution is put a D-luciferin-luciferase solution injection port(170) in which a D-luciferin-luciferase solution which generates fluorescence is put; a mixing part(131) in which an injected sample and ATPase are mixed; and a sheath solution injection port(111) in which a sheath solution pushing the injected ATPase into the mixing part is put.
