PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing scale of a continuous casting facility is provided to remove scale between support rolls and a slab by supplying cooling water through a cooling nozzle and thereby prevent a driving fault. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing scale of a continuous casting facility comprises a support roll cooling nozzle(28) and a cooling water supply pipe. The support roll cooling nozzle is installed outside a curved slab(16) and sprays cooling water to the upper peripheral surface of support rolls(18) which guide the slab to be curved. The cooling water supply pipe supplies cooling water to the support roll cooling nozzle. Scrap trapped between the slab and the upper part of the support rolls are removed by the cooling water sprayed through the cooling nozzle.
