PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by reducing the movement distance of an electric charge using a semiconductor electrode with a plurality of parts spreading toward different directions. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) of a first conductivity type is prepared. An emitter part(121) has a second conductivity type which is different from the first conductivity type. A semiconductor electrode(123) has lower surface resistance value than that of the emitter part. An anti-reflection part(130) is located on the emitter and the semiconductor electrode. A first electrode(140) is connected to the emitter part and the semiconductor electrode. A second electrode(150) is located on a back side of the substrate.
