PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent defects due to soldering by serially connecting a plurality of solar cells through a conductive tape. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of solar cells include finger lines(201). A bus bar combined serial connection member(202) serially connects the plurality of solar cells and is electrically connected to the finger lines in the solar cells. The bus bar combined serial connection member comprises a thermosetting resin based a conductive tape. A metal ribbon(203) electrically connects the bus bar combined serial connection member in each solar cell.
