An apparatus and a method for providing a remote control service by using a mobile communication network are provided to transmit optimization driving information, provided from a server of the mobile communication network, to a mobile terminal and a wireless communication apparatus, thereby enabling the server to remotely and automatically control an automatic optimization apparatus, located at a remote place, according to surrounding environments such as climate, time, and locations, and accordingly collecting data through feedback. An apparatus for providing a remote control service by using a mobile communication network comprises the followings: a mobile terminal(10) which requests an automatic optimization service from the mobile communication network and transmits optimization driving information, receives result data in response to the optimization driving information, and transmits the result data to the mobile communication network; an automatic optimization apparatus(80); an AOE(Automatic Optimization Equipment)(70) which requests an inquiry about location information of the mobile terminal(10) in response to a request of the mobile terminal(10), generates the optimization driving information of the automatic optimization apparatus(80) according to the location information and preset subscriber information, transmits the optimization driving information to the mobile terminal(10) through the mobile communication network, and the receives the result data in accordance with the optimization driving information from the mobile terminal(10); and a LBS(Location Based Service) server(60). |
