PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to prevent malfunction due to a noise by shielding a signal transmission wiring and a voltage transmission wiring. CONSTITUTION: A current source circuit(101) supplies a current to a main circuit in response to a control signal. A first wiring transmits a control signal to the current source circuit. A second wiring(132) transmits a driving voltage and is shielded from the first wiring. A PMOS transistor(P11) receives a power voltage in response to the first control signal and supplies the current to the main circuit. An NMOS transistor(N11) receives a ground voltage in response to a second control signal and supplies the current to the main circuit. |
