A polypeptide that comprises a first antigen binding domain from an antibody that recognises an epitope from human and Callithrix jacchus, Saguinus oedipus or Saimiri sciureus CD3 epsilon chain. The epitope is part of an amino acid sequence comprised in the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 2, 4, 6 or 8 and comprises at least the amino acid sequence Gln-Asp-Gly-Asn-Glu. The polypeptide further comprises a second binding domain capable of binding to EGFR, Her2/neu or IgE from a human or non-chimpanzee primate.
