PURPOSE: A membrane of a cargo is provided to prevent damage to an insulation member and a membrane by reducing pressure applied to the membrane. CONSTITUTION: A membrane(100) of a cargo comprises a panel(110), damping members(120), and fixing members(130). The panel is a first barrier of a cargo. Corrugation parts(111,112) are formed in the panel and are in contact with a liquid cargo. The damping members are composed of a melamine resin material and absorb impact applied to the contact surface of the panel which is in contact with the liquid cargo. The fixing members fix the damping members to the panel.
