PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an environmentally-friendly cosmetic alternative is provided to improve moisturizing, whitening, and anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an environmentally-friendly cosmetic alternative comprises: a step of pulverizing whole wheat and mixing whole wheat powder and flour in a weight ratio of 1:1; a step of cutting bamboo in a length of 5cm; a step of dipping the bamboo and water in a container at 20-25°C for 1 hour; a step of boiling for 1 hour and cooling to obtain bamboo water; a step of mixing the mixture powder and the bamboo water in a weight ratio of 0.15-0.18 and maturing at 20-25°C for 20-24 hours; a step of putting the materials into a circular nuruk frame for molding and fermenting at 30-35°C for 5 days; and a step of maturing in the dark and cool place for 25-30 days.
