PURPOSE: A pipe having a marking groove and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a marking groove in a pipe body without a drawing process, thereby reducing production time and failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(1) comprises a body(3) and a marking groove(8). A hollow is formed inside the body through pipemaking work. The marking groove is formed in the body close to a welded part(7) of the body.
