PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly observe both a stent and a blood vessel.

SOLUTION: A medical image processing device according to an embodiment comprises: a first reconfiguration unit; a second reconfiguration unit; and an image composition unit. The first reconfiguration unit generates a first reconfigured image on the basis of an x-ray collecting image by applying a first reconfiguration filter. The second reconfiguration unit generates a second reconfigured image on the basis of the x-ray collecting image by applying a second reconfiguration filter with a higher enhancement effect of a high frequency rather than the first reconfiguration filter. The image composition unit composites the first reconfigured image and the second reconfigured image.
