PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To kindle viewer's interest when the viewer views a prescribed content displayed on a display though there are few other viewers viewing the prescribed content around the viewer.

SOLUTION: A center server 100 generates ranking information on the basis of number-of- viewers information of location terminals 200 (200-1 to 200-N) installed at respective shops and generates display data of a prescribed content. The display data includes content data for displaying the prescribed content in a first display region and image data for displaying viewers' photographic images of a prescribed number of location terminals selected on the basis of the ranking information, in the prescribed number of second display regions. The center server 100 transmits the display data to the location terminals 200. Each location terminal 200 displays, on the basis of the display data, viewers' photographic images of the prescribed number of location terminals on the display together with the prescribed content at display timing of the prescribed content.
