摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk hetero junction type organic photoelectric conversion element having high photoelectric conversion efficiency and durability, a method for manufacturing the organic photoelectric conversion element, and a solar cell using the organic photoelectric conversion element. <P>SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion element comprises at least a first electrode; an organic photoelectric conversion layer containing a p-type organic semiconductor material with electron-donating properties, an n-type organic semiconductor material with electron-receptive properties, and metal oxide fine particles; and a second electrode on a substrate. The method for manufacturing the organic photoelectric conversion element includes an organic photoelectric conversion layer forming step that a coating liquid which contains the p-type organic semiconductor material and the n-type organic semiconductor material and in which the metal oxide fine particles are dispersed, is applied to the electrode to form a layer, then it is heat-treated at 90&deg;C or higher to eccentrically dispose the metal oxide fine particles in the normal direction to the organic photoelectric conversion layer surface and to increase a concentration of the metal oxide fine particles in the vicinity of at least one surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
