<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface modifier containing a fluorine polymer comprising a homopolymer of a fluoroalkyl alcohol (meth)acrylic acid derivative having a 6 or less C perfluoroalkyl group having low living body accumulative or a copolymer thereof as an active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The surface modifier is obtained by dispersing the fluorine polymer containing 5-100 wt.% of the fluoroalkyl alcohol acrylic acid derivative represented by the formula: C<SB POS="POST">n</SB>F<SB POS="POST">2n+1</SB>(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CF<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)<SB POS="POST">a</SB>(CF<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CF<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)<SB POS="POST">b</SB>(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)<SB POS="POST">c</SB>OCOCR=CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>(wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, n is an integer of 1-6, a is an integer of 1-4, b is an integer of 1-3, and c is an integer of 1-3) or the corresponding methacrylic acid derivative as a polymerization unit in a non-fluorine based organic solvent. In the formula, from the viewpoint of polymerization liquid stability, solubility and polymerization speed in polymerization, preferably, n is an integer of 2-4, a is an integer of 1-2, b is an integer of 1-3, and c is an integer of 1-2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
