<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to print a target document even when a remaining amount for outputting the target document is not enough against a restricted output amount, before printing the target document. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device considers formation information designated by a user as specified formation information and sets a period until a last day of a tabulation period as an effective period for the specified formation information after the effective period. The device performs following steps; accepting designation of the formation information and a direction of image formation based on the designated formation information from the user; accumulating an output amount based on the designated formation information, the sum of the output amount for the user who gave the direction and an output amount based on the specified formation information designated by the user; and performing the image formation when the accumulation result does not exceed a possible output amount of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
