<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a metal tube, which can butt parts to be butted so that the part has a flat outer peripheral surface without complicating a pressing operation and increasing the size of a pressing means. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for manufacturing the metal tube welds the part 10a to be butted using a laser welding head 22 while the parts 10a are butted, each of which is a peripheral direction end of a workpiece 10 to be rolled in a cylindrical shape and conveyed. The device 1 for manufacturing the metal tube includes: a cylindrical mold 21 having a through-hole 21a with a diameter slightly larger than an outside diameter of the workpiece 10; and pressing devices 41, 42, 43 which press an opposite portion 10c located on the opposite side of the part 10a toward an axial center O1 of the workpiece in the peripheral direction of the workpiece 10 while the workpiece 10 is inserted into the through-hole 21a of the cylindrical mold 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
