<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of preventing increase of the number of components and improving its quality level by preventing rainwater permeated inside the lighting fixture from splashing on electronic components and sockets. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 10 includes a fixture body 11, a straight-tube type lamp 16 mounted on the fixture body 11, the sockets 18 electrically and mechanically connected with both ends of the straight-tube type lamp 16, a cover 22 mounted on an axis of the straight-tube type lamp 16 in front of the fixture body 11 with knurled thumb screws 21, a groove 23 formed on the fixture body 11 and leading rainwater in a designated direction, and socket bases 19 for supporting the sockets 18 and guiding the rainwater to the groove 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
