<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver with power feeding management information appropriate to power feeding plans and driving conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A home power feeding controller 100 stores power feeding plans for each driver and, when a vehicle strat is detected, transmits power feeding management information based on the power feeding plans for the drivers to a portable terminal 300. When release of a parking brake is detected, the home power feeding controller 100 automatically implements power feeding restriction in the presence of an electrical load that is a target of power feeding restriction.
