ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMITTING DEVICE AND CHARGING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power transmitting device and a charging system capable of excellently transmitting electric power supplied from a power supply side device to a charging target device with a simple configuration despite the difference in voltage level between the power supply side device and the charging target device.

SOLUTION: An electric power transmitting device 101 transmits electric power supplied from a power supply side device 151 to a charging target device 152 which is capable of supplying AC voltage received from a charging connector 21 to a storage battery 26 after converting it to DC voltage. The electric power transmitting device 101 comprises: an input connector 12 to receive DC voltage form the power supply side device 151; an output connector 13 capable of fitted to the charging connector 21 at the charging target device 152; and a voltage adjustment circuit 11 for adjusting the level of DC voltage received through the input connector 12 and outputting the adjusted DC voltage to the output connector 13.
