摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in view of the problems and conditions, a method for manufacturing an electrode, by which an electrode retaining high conductivity and transparency and achieving an organic electronic element excellent in output efficiency can be manufactured at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode which has a transparent conductive layer on a transparent base material, has a pattern of a metal-patterned conductive layer comprising a metal-containing metal composition on the transparent conductive layer and has an insulation layer on the metal-patterned conductive layer of the pattern includes an insulation layer preparation step comprising: (1) a coating liquid supply step of supplying an insulation layer coating liquid on the pattern, the coating liquid containing a coordination compound having a group having capability of coordinate bonding with the metal; and (2) a coating liquid removal step of removing the supplied insulation layer coating liquid from a part where the metal-patterned conductive layer of the pattern is not present. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
