<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the collision of data while ensuring versatility in a data bus connecting a plurality of memories. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit 110 inputs data to an output driver 170 just from a starting point of a data output term to the lapse of a drive term shorter than the data output term, and causes a latch circuit 180 to stop supplying a current after the lapse of the data output term. The output driver 170 supplies to an output terminal 190 a driver current of which the absolute value becomes a predetermined value by applying a potential corresponding to a value of the inputted data to the output terminal 190. The latch circuit 180 holds the potential applied to the output terminal 190 and supplies to the output terminal a latch current of which the absolute value becomes smaller than the predetermined value by applying the held potential to the output terminal 190. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
