<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image staining from occurring at a conveyance direction downstream side from a nip part. <P>SOLUTION: A separation unit is configured so as to be provided with a separation plate 76, a separation belt 74 or the like. The separation belt 74 is configured so as to cover the separation plate 76 and around a belt sliding surface of a driving roller 73, and slides and moves on an outer surfaces of parts including a separated end 76a, which is the closest part to a fixing roller 20 on a surface of the separation plate 76, by a rotational driving of the driving roller 73.
