<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensation detecting device which can easily detect the condensation of liquefied molecules of size of a molecular degree, a condensation promoting device, and a condensation detecting method. <P>SOLUTION: A condensation detecting device comprises a light source, a condensation promoting portion 12, a light-receiving portion, and a liquid condensation analysis portion. The condensation promoting portion 12 has: a substrate 41; a periodic structure 42 which is formed on an upper surface of the substrate 41 and whose surface is at least partially covered by predetermined metal; and a plurality of metallic particulates 43 which is configured by predetermined metal, has a smaller diameter than a period of the periodic structure 42, and adheres to the surface of the periodic structure 42. The condensation promoting portion 12 plasmon-absorbs a part of light emitted from the light source by the surface plasmon resonance of the predetermined metallic periodic structure and the surface plasmon resonance of the metallic particulates. The light-receiving portion receives reflection light due to the condensation promoting portion. The liquid condensation analysis portion analyzes the condensation of liquid on an upper surface of the condensation promoting portion 12 on the basis of the reflection light received by the light-receiving portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
