<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an attaching operation for a presser spring for flap, and to securely maintain an attachment state. <P>SOLUTION: A conveyance roller and a flap are arranged opposite a disk insertion slot formed in the front of a loader chassis comprising a chassis body and a lid plate 1B. The presser spring 29 which energizes the flap toward the conveyance roller is attached to a spring seat 30 of the lid plate 1B. The spring seat 30 has an L-shaped frame 38, which comprises a support plate 38A and a support shaft plate 38B. The L-shaped frame 38 is drawn and raised by bending a root of the support plate 38A, and a stopper part 39 is provided which protrudes from a tip of a flap-side edge 38a of the support shaft plate 38B toward the flap. An inclined guide edge 41 is formed by cutting a tip side of a lid plate-side edge 38b of the support shaft plate 38B. A coil part 29a of the presser spring 29 is fitted externally to the support shaft plate 38B along the inclined guide edge 41, and rod parts 29b, 29c extending from the coil part 29a are engaged with the lid plate 1B and flap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
