The module (600) includes two guide elements (601,602), and a tape loop (604) that is wound around the guide elements. The length of the tape loop is set in such a manner that the tape rests in the mounted state on the fiber web processing machine module section over a predetermined length against a backing roll (700) of the fiber web processing machine. The spacing between the guide elements is adjusted. A printing roller is arranged inside the tape loop. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) method for retrofitting fiber web processing machine; and (2) method for manufacturing module for fiber web processing machine.
