<p>Body shell (10) of a motor vehicle, comprises many bearing assemblies including at least one supporting longitudinal member (11), at least one supporting cross member (12) and/or at least one supporting pillar. At least one supporting assembly is designed as magnesium-aluminum composite component and/or at least one supporting assembly is designed as a magnesium-steel composite component. The supporting assembly formed as magnesium-aluminum composite component or as magnesium-steel composite component is at least partially separately coated with a cathodic, magnesium-typical dip coating. Body shell (10) of a motor vehicle, comprises many bearing assemblies including at least one supporting longitudinal member (11), at least one supporting cross member (12) and/or at least one supporting pillar. At least one supporting assembly is designed as magnesium-aluminum composite component and/or at least one supporting assembly is designed as a magnesium-steel composite component. The supporting assembly formed as magnesium-aluminum composite component or as magnesium-steel composite component is at least partially separately coated with a cathodic, magnesium-typical dip coating and is coated with a magnesium-typical powder coating. The coated or painted supporting assembly, which is formed as magnesium-aluminum composite component or as magnesium-steel composite component is fixedly connected or combined with supporting assembly formed as at least one different aluminum component and/or as at least one different steel component, and is painted by cathodic, aluminum-typical and/or steel-typical coating. An independent claim is also included for producing body shell, comprising (a) providing at least one supporting and magnesium-free assembly of the body shell as an aluminum component and/or as a steel component, (b) providing at least one supporting assembly of the body shell, which is formed as magnesium-aluminum composite component or as magnesium-steel composite component, (c) at least partially coating the magnesium-aluminum composite component or magnesium-steel composite component with a cathodic, magnesium-typical dip coating and powder coating, (d) subsequently connecting each coated and powder-coated magnesium-aluminum composite component and/or magnesium-steel composite component with at least one supporting, magnesium-free aluminum component and/or steel component, and (e) coating the interconnected, supporting assemblies of the body shell with cathodic, aluminum typical or steel typical dip coating.</p> |
