Disclosed is a composite sulfur polymer for manufacturing concrete comprising: a sulfur polymer, which is formed by polymerizing 100 parts by weight of sulfur with a sulfur modifier including 1 to 10 parts by weight of dicyclopentadiene (DCPD); and an inorganic material comprising first inorganic particles having a first average particle size, which are inorganic particles having pores on the surface, and second inorganic particles having a second average particle size that is 5 to 15 times that of the first average particle size. The composite sulfur polymer of has superior workability and physical properties, such as bending strength.
