<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply monitoring device capable of clearly distinguishing whether a cause of input voltage cut-off is an internal factor in a control board in a device or an external factor outside the control board. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply monitoring device 1 is used for a device in which, when an internal factor causes power cut-off, a signal A requesting power cut-off from a control board to a power supply device is changed, a signal B transmitted from the power supply device to an internal device is changed, and then power from the power supply device 2 is cut off, and, when an external factor causes power cut-off, the signal B transmitted from the power supply device 2 to the control board is changed, and then power from the power supply device 2 is cut off.
