<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and establish reliability by achieving miniaturization without mitigating functions such as a conventional driving time and position accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: At least three or more drive sections having ultrasonic transducers simultaneously actuate the rotation and the rectilinear propagation of a rotary disk, and energizing means restrains the driving.
