<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus 1 capable of recording an image, whose quality is maintained without problems, on various kinds of recording materials P. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 of the present invention is provided with an image processing device 3 which transfers a toner image formed on an image carrier 6 on a recording material P. The image forming apparatus comprises: a registration roller 24 for conveying the recording material P at a prescribed timing toward a transfer position 11 of the image processing device 3; movable guide bodies 42 and 43 constituting a curvature pre-transfer path 37 covering from the registration roller 24 to the transfer position 11; and attitude change means 48 for changing the attitudes of the movable guide bodies 42 and 43 to change the curvature pre-transfer path 37 in the length or the curvature degree thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
