<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has favorable abrasion resistance and favorable cleaning property and does not generate image blurring and exhibits excellent durability. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by successively laminating at least a photosensitive layer and a protective layer on a conductive support, the protective layer contains a polymerization product between a fluorine-containing compound represented by general formula (1) and a polymerizable compound having 7 or more and 10 or less of polymerizable functional groups and 140 or less of polymerizable functional group equivalent in a molecule.
