<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure two-variable spectral radiation factor of a sample accurately in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation unit 102 generates measurement light having a set wavelength range in which the wavelength is shifted by a set width in a range from ultraviolet range to visible light range, and measures a spectral radiation luminance of measurement light. A measurement unit 103 measures, in a visible wavelength range, the spectral radiation luminance of light radiated by the sample 12 in response to radiation of the measurement light. A calculation unit 104 calculates the two-variable spectral radiation factor of the sample 12 based on the spectral radiation luminance of the measurement light and the spectral radiation luminance of light radiated by the sample 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
