<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check whether a flow (leakage), if existing, at downstream side of a safety valve is due to action of the safety valve caused by pressure increase in the system pressure or due to forcible external force caused by thermal expansion or the like, in the safety valve provide in a nuclear power plant or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An action of the safety valve, presence/absence of sheet leakage, sensor abnormality, and the like, which cannot be checked from the appearance are checked by means of a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor for detecting a fluid state in the piping and a displacement sensor for detecting a displacement of a valve rod. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
