Disclosed are a feedback method, apparatus and system for channel status information, relating to the technical field of communications. In order for the base station to acquire the channel status between a base station and a user equipment on different interference subframes, the present invention provides the following technical scheme: the base station sending CSI feedback instruction information to the user equipment through uplink schedule signaling and/or RRC signaling; and receiving CSI on a first type subframe and/or a second type subframe sent by the user equipment according to the CSI feedback instruction information. The present invention is applicable to radio communication data scheduling.
