摘要 <p>The solution relates to the field of electric machine construction and is intended for use in a ventilation system for a large electric machine, in particular a high-power turbogenerator with stator and rotor air cooling. The electric machine is ventilated in the following way. Under the action of pressure from fans 6, air passes into an intake collector 8, from where said air passes into radial channels 7 and 18 in ventilation zones 15. The air passes from the radial channels 7 into a gap 10 and ventilation channels 12 of the rotor, then exits through the gap 10 and radial channels 7 in ventilation zones 16 along exhaust collectors 11 into a low-pressure region. Air also exits from the radial channels 18 along exhaust collectors into the low-pressure region. The tangential movement of the air in the channels 7 in the ventilation zones 15 and 16 takes place through release openings 25. The tangential movement of the air in the channels 18 takes place through release openings 20. The introduction of stator ventilation channels, which are closed on the side of the gap, in the zones 12 and 13 makes it possible to reduce the temperature of the active parts of the stator in the exhaust zones (by ~25°?) and the rotor winding temperature (by ~10°?). Furthermore, the temperature field of active parts along the length of the machine is made more uniform. The mentioned advantages of the ventilation system make it possible to increase the unit power of the electric machine.</p>
